You should only take out your Invisalign aligners to eat, drink, brush, and floss. You should wear your aligners for at least 22 hours per day.
You should clean your Invisalign aligners daily using a soft using a soft-bristled toothbrush and lukewarm water. You can also use Invisalign cleaning crystals or a gentle soap to clean your aligners. Avoid using hot water or toothpaste, as they can damage or discolour your aligners.
